Managing a multigenerational team is a unique challenge. There are at least four different generations of employees now within the work force. All with their own unique set of experiences, perspectives, principles and ambitions. It’s a tightrope to walk to bring a team together as one under one goal. In this course we attempt to shine a light on the potential difficulties involved with managing across generations and uncover some best practices for new managers to consider when assuming authority over a multigenerational team.
