Leading Learning – Non-Verbal Communication
It’s often said majority of communication is non-verbal. This course explores this concept by looking at how body language can reveal a person’s true feelings, opinions, and intentions. It includes discussions on identifying specific non-verbal cues and what they can communicate. As well as prompting the learner to consider their body language, learn how to stay in control of what they are non-verbally communicating, and gain specific knowledge to help develop their communication skills.
