Leading Learning – Setting Objectives

From organizations to individuals, everyone needs objectives. However, having vague, uninspiring objectives are just as unhelpful as having none whatsoever. If we are to truly progress and succeed in our professional lives, we need to clearly define our aims and identify what we want to achieve. This course explores the role objectives play in our professional lives. It will cover topics such as why it is important to set clear, structured objectives, and different approaches to implementing objectives.
