Neurodiversity – Interviewing and Selection
As with many things in society, the recruitment process is historically and typically set up in a way that favors neurotypicals. However, continuing in this fashion could potentially mean missing out on a wealth of neurodiverse talent. Many neurodivergent individuals have strengths that could be useful to any organization. And what’s more, the more diverse teams are, the better they typically perform. This course will help you to conduct an interview and selection process that will give everybody – both neurotypical and neurodivergent – an opportunity to showcase their talents.
